I know a lot of blogs mash ICJ and Employee jobs and I absolutely found that irritating. I knew what I wanted to work as and I didn't want to sift through them, sooo.. I will be doing the dirty work to make it easier for you! :)
Remember usually, not all the time, you will be able to pick your hours and days, no background, credit or drug check.

• Live Ops- Must pay for background and credit check. You will need a corded landline and corded headset. You computer must meet techincal requirements.
• Appen- Multiple positions, may take awhile to hear anything back.
• Lion Bridge- This is global. Get paid to do data entry, crowd sourcing, etc. 
• Arise- You partner up with a client from their list and work with them, there may be some training cost depending on the client. All different types of work here, every client requires different things.
• Cambly- Work from home tutoring, you accept jobs you want via webcam. Pay is $.17 per minute which equals to $10.20/hour.
• Contract World- You work with their clients, pay depends on the company, and you work as much as you want as long as it fits clients needs.
• Needle- The application is quite extensive and you are required to pass assessments.
• TimeEtc-  Write for this company as a freelancer. Requires 2/3 years commercial experience.
• Enroll App- Get paid $5 for every website review you complete.
• Startuplift- Get paid $5 for every website test accepted. Competition is tough.
• Website Usability- Get paid $10 for every test you complete.
• User Feel- Get paid $10 at the end of each week via Paypal.
• UserLytics- Get paid $10, sometimes more for every test via Paypal.
• User Testing- Get paid $10 for every test completed via paypal only.
• WhatUserDo- Get paid via Paypal. Payment amount is not disclosed, but is processed the 25th of each month.
• Product Tube- Do video test either in-store or from home. Pay is via Paypal and it varies on what they want.

Remember everyone, do your own research and pick out the ones best suited for you! 

P.S. The website testers have to download a screen recorder.
